ਨੰ: 14/24/2017-4ਸਸ1/1468.-ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ: 14/24/2017-4ਸਸ1/1298 ਮਿਤੀ 08 ਜੂਨ 2018 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਮਤਾ ਨੰ: 10 ਮਿਤੀ 25.3.2013 ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ 12 ਪਿੰਡਾਂ (ਸੂਫੀ ਪਿੰਡ, ਰਹਿਮਾਨਪੁਰ, ਅਲਾਦੀਨਪੁਰ, ਹੱਲੋਤਾਲੀ, ਅਲੀਪੁਰ, ਸੰਸਾਰਪੁਰ, ਧੀਨਾ, ਨੰਗਲ ਕਰਾਰ ਖਾਂ, ਖੁਸਰੋਪੁਰ, ਸੁਭਾਨਾ, ਖਾਬੜਾਂ, ਫੋਲੜੀਵਾਲ) ਨੂੰ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਇਸ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਝ ਖਸਰਾ ਨੰਬਰ ਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਫੋਲੜੀਵਾਲ ਦਾ ਏਰੀਆ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਮਤਾ ਨੰ: 184 ਮਿਤੀ 08.10.2018 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਮਲਕੋ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮਿਊਂਸਪਲ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਐਕਟ 1976 ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 3 ਅਧੀਨ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ: 14/24/2017-4ਸਸ1/1141, ਮਿਤੀ 01.10.2020 ਰਾਹੀਂ 30 ਦਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਤਰਾਜ/ਸੁਝਾU ਮੰਗੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ।

2. ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ।

3. ਇਸ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਮਿਊਂਸਪਲ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਐਕਟ 1976 ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 3 ਅਧੀਨ ਇਹ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੱਦਾਂ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸ਼ਡਿਊਲ ਆਫ ਬਾਊਂਡਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ:-

North:- Starting from point 'A' which is North West corner of Khasra No. 1//23 of Vill. Pholriwal and Trijunction point of Vill. Alipur, Mithapur & Pholriwal moving towards East along the Southern boundary of the existing limit of Municipal Corporation Jalandhar & Northern boundary of Vill.

Pholriwal crossing 66 ft. road, Pholriwal- Lohar Nangal road, Ganda Nallah, Jalandhar- Nakodar Railway Line, 120 ft. road, Pholriwal- Subhana road up to Point- 'B' which is Trijunction point of Vill.

Subhana, Hallotali & Pholriwal and on the Eastern side of Pholriwal – Subhana road.

Pholriwal & Western boundary of existing limit of Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar crossing Dhina - Pholriwal road upto point 'C' which is North East corner of Khasra No. 29//21 of Vill. Pholriwal and on the Southern side of Dhina- Pholriwal Road.

South:- From point 'C' moving towards West along the Southern side of Dhina-Pholriwal road crossing Nakodar-Jalandhar Railway Line, Ganda Nallah, Jamsher- Lohar Nangal road upto point 'E' which is North East corner of Khasra No. 27//25 of Vill. Pholriwal and on the Southern side of Jamsher- Lohar Nangal road, then from point 'D' moving towards North along Southern boundary of Jamsher- Lohar Nangal road crossing Pholriwal- Subhana road up to point 'E' which is North corner of Khasra No. 12//14/1 of Vill. Phloriwal, then from point 'E' moving towards South along the Eastern side of Pholriwal road crossing Pholriwal village Phirni road upto point 'F' which is on the southern side of the phirni road of the village Pholriwal road. From point 'F' moving towards west along the phirni of village Pholriwal up to point 'G' which is situated on the Western side of the village Pholriwal phirni and tee point of Osmanpur -Pholriwal road & Pholriwal phirni, from point 'G' moving towards West after crossing village Pholriwal phirni along the Southern side of Osmanpur - Pholriwal road crossing 66 ft. road up to point 'H' which is North-West corner of Khasra no. 24//13 /2 of village Pholriwal.

West:- Starting from point 'H' moving towards North along the Western side of khasra no. 24//13/1, 8/2, 8/1, 3 Northern side of Khasra No. 27//2/2 of village Pholriwal crossing Osmanpur- Pholriwal road upto point 'I' which is North –West corner of Khasra no. 27//2/2. From point 'I' moving towards North along the Eastern boundary of existing municipal limit of Municipal Corporation Jalandhar and Western boundary of village Pholriwal up to point 'A', which is the starting point.

North:- Starting from point 'J' which is North West corner of Khasra No. 1//20 of Vill. Malko, moving towards East along the Southern boundary of Village Wadala and Northern boundary of Village Malko, crossing Malko-Wadala road up to point 'K'' which is North East corner of Khasra no. 4//4/3.

East:- Starting from point 'K' moving towards South East along the North East boundary of Village Malko and South West boundary of Village Wadala crossing Jalandhar-Nakodar road up to point 'L' which is trijunction point of Village Khambra, Village Malko and Village Wadala.

South:- Starting from trijunction pillar of Vill. Khambra, Vill. Malko & Vill. Wadala & crossing Jalandhar- Nakodar Road towards West upto Kh.No. 10//15 of Vill. Malko, thence from this Kh.No. along with the road going to Abadi of Vill. Malko (keeping this road inside limit) upto Kh.No. 10//14, 8//15/2 of Vill. Malko (keeping these Kh.No's outside limit) & Kh.No. 9//10/1 of Vill. Malko (keeping this Kh.No. inside limit) thence starting from this Kh.No. going along with the phirni of Vill. Malko (keeping phirni inside limit) upto Kh.No. 9//1/1, 5//25, 5//23, 8//3 of Vill. Malko (keeping these Kh.No. inside limit) & thence crossing the road (i.e road going from Vill. Malko to Vill. Trar) upto Kh.No. 8//8 of Vill. Malko (keeping this Kh.No. outside limit but keeping this road of Vill. Trar road inside limit), thence from this Kh.No. going along this road going to Vill. Sansarpur, then going along with the eastern boundary of Kh.No. 4//23/2 of Vill. Sansarpur upto meeting point "AB" of Kh. No. 4//23/2 and 13//3 of Vill. Sansarpur, keeping Kh.No. 13//3 inside limit, then going along with the eastern boundary of Kh.No. 13//3 of Vill. Sansarpur upto meeting point "AC" of Kh.No. 13//8/1, 13//7/2, 13//8/3 and 13//7/3 of Vill. Sansarpur keeping only Kh.No. 13//8/1 inside limit and other Kh.No. outside limit, then going towards West along with southern boundary of Kh.No. 13//8/1 and 13//8/2 of Vill. Sansarpur keeping only Kh.No. 13//21 inside limit and other Kh.No's outside limit, then moving from this point "AG" towards West along with southern boundary of Kh.No. 13//21 of Vill. Sansarpur upto meeting point "AH" of Kh.No. 14//1/2 and 14//1/1 of Vill. Sansarpur keeping Kh.No. 14//1/2 outside limit and taking Kh. No. 14//1/1 inside limit, then moving from point "AH" towards South along with eastern boundary of Kh.No. 14//1/1 upto meeting point "AI" of Kh.No. 14//1/2 and 14//27, then moving from this meeting point "AI" towards West along with revenue rasta falling on southern boundary of Kh.No. 15//5/2 and 14//1/1 of Vill. Sansarpur upto Nakodar-Noormahal Road (keeping revenue rasta outside limit), then crossing this Nakodar-Noormahal Road upto Kh.No. 15//7/2 of Vill. Sansarpur already taken in limit.

(ਨੋਟ:- ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ: 14/24/2017-4ਸਸ1/1298 ਮਿਤੀ 08 ਜੂਨ 2018 ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਸਰਿਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ 4//17 vill. Dhina, 10//17 Vill. Alipur, 32//16 vill. Khambra ਵਿੱਚ typographical error ਪਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਖਸਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ 4//7 vill. Dhina, 10//7 Vill. Alipur, 32//169 vill. Khambra ਪੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।)

4. ਇਹ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
