NOTIFICATION
No.434/ECI/LET/TERR/NS-1/PB-LA/2016(1).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in the Notification No. 434/ECI/LET/TERR/NS-1/PB-LA/ 2016 (1) dated 19th December, 2016 as amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Assembly Constituencies in the State of Punjab.
2. In column (2 & 3) of the Table appended to the said Notification for the existing entry in Column (2 & 3) against the following entries shall be substituted: -

No. 434/PB-LA/2019.- In pursuance of the provision of Section 21 of the Representations of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. 434/PB-LA/2019, dated 11th March, 2019 as amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Returning Officer for Assembly Constituency in the State of Punjab.
