CORRECTION SLIP
The 18th December, 2020
C.S. No. 39 Rules/II.D4.–In Rule 4 of the Chapter 20B of the Rules
and Orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Volume-III, after the words,
'receipt of warrant' and before the words 'for release of' the words 'and
personal bond' is inserted. After insertion Rule 4 of the Chapter 20B of the
Rules and Orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Volume-III be read as
under:-
"4. On receipt of warrant and personal bond for release of a
prisoner, it should be forwarded through e-mail under digital
signatures immediately provided that till such time such facility is
made available in all the Jails/Sub-Jails, the release warrants be

of the Rules &Orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Volume-V, are
inserted. After insertion sub-rule (bb) of Rule 1-A of Chapter 1 Part A(b) of
the Rules & Orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Volume-V be read as
under:-
1-A.- All criminal cases filed shall be page-numbered and indexed in the
following serial:-
