No. 06/13/2020-6HG1/1961.- In Punjab Government notification no. 06/13/2020-6HG1/1685 dated 13.11.2020 issued under the provisions of Section 4(1) of The Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013", (Act 30 of 2013), the following corrigendum is issued:-

ਨੰ: 06/13/2020-6ਮਉ1/1961.-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ:06/13/2020-6HG1/1685 ਮਿਤੀ 13.11.2020 ਜੋ ਕਿ The Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013", (Act 30 of 2013), ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 4(1) ਦੇ ਉਪਬੰਧਾਂ ਅਧੀਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਸਬੰਧੀ ਹੇਠ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੋਰੀਜੈਂਡਮ (ਸ਼ੁੱਧੀ ਪੱਤਰ) ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ:-
ਪਬਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਛਾਪਿਆ ਹੇਠ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ
"ਗਰੇਟਰ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ (ਗਮਾਡਾ) ਨੂੰ "ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਜਨਾਬੱਧ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ ਗਠਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਾਹਿਬਜਾਦਾ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਗਈ "ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਰਬਨ ਡਿਵੈਲਪਮੈਂਟ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ (ਪੁੱਡਾ)" ਵਿਕਾਸ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਗਮਾਡਾ ਨੂੰ ਏ.ਕੇ.ਆਈ.ਸੀ. ਕੋਰੀਡੋਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਅਧੀਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ, ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਏ.ਕੇ.ਆਈ. ਇੰਟੀਗਰੇਟਡ ਮੈਨੂਫੈਕਚਰਿੰਗ ਕਲਸਟਰ (ਆਈ.ਐਮ.ਸੀ) ਸੀ. ਕੋਰੀਡੋਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਅਧੀਨ ਇੰਟੀਗਰੇਟਡ ਮੈਨੂਫੈਕਚਰਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਏ.ਕੇ.ਆਈ.ਸੀ ਕੋੋਰੀਡੋੋਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਕਲਸਟਰ (ਆਈ.ਐਮ.ਸੀ) ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜਨ ਲਈ ਲੇ-ਆਊਟ ਪਲੈਨ ਅਧੀਨ ਇੰਟੀਗਰੇਟਡ ਮੈਨੂਫੈਕਚਰਿੰਗ ਕਲਸਟਰ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ 150 ਫੁੱਟ ਚੌੜੀ ਸੜਕ ਲਈ ਭੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ (ਆਈ.ਐਮ.ਸੀ) ƒ ਜੋੜਨ ਲਈ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ, ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।"

ਫੁੱਟ ਚੌੜੀ ਸੜਕ ਲਈ ਭੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ
ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸੌਂਪਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈੈ।"
