NOTIFICATION

The 31st December, 2020

No. S.O. 01/P.A.17/1887/S.5/C.A.16/1908/S.5/2021.-In exercise of

the powers conferred by section 5 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887

(Punjab Act No. 17 of 1887) and section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908

(Central Act No. 16 of 1908), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf,

the Governor of Punjab is pleased to transfer the following four villages as

specified in Table given below from the territorial jurisdiction of Tehsil Fazilka,

District Fazilka to Tehsil Abohar, District Fazilka.
