ਨੰ. 15/04/2020-6ਗ1/2602.-ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਸੁਖਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪੀ.ਪੀ.ਐਸ. ਨੰ: 87/ਪੀ.ਏ.ਪੀ., ਕਪਤਾਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਜੋਗਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾ ਦੀ ਜਨਮ ਮਿਤੀ 18.12.1962 ਹੈ, ƒ 58 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿੱਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ (ਵਿੱਤ ਪ੍ਰਸੋਨਲ-2) ਦੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ: 22/2/2012-3ਐਫ.ਪੀ.2/263-267 ਮਿਤੀ 02.03.2020 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਮਿਤੀ 31.12.2020 (ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ) ਤੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਵਿਰਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
2. ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ/ਚੌਕਸੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ/ਫੌਜਦਾਰੀ/ਕੋਰਟ ਕੇਸ ਆਦਿ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਅਸਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਵੇਗਾ।
