NOTIFICATION

The 28th December, 2020

No. S.O. 2/P.A.10/2020/S.1/2021.-In exercise to the powers conferred

by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Punjab Prisons Development Board Act,

2020 (Punjab Act No.10 of 2020), and all other powers enabling him in this

behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint the 7th day of September,

2020, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall be deemed to

have come into force.
