No. 03/19/2020-1lg3/57.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section 1 of section 7 of the right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, (30 of 2013) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to nominate following members Under Section 7 (2) (b) and 7(2) (d)
(1) Two representative of Municipal Council appointed under Section 7 (2) (b) :-

(2) A technical expert appointed under Section 7 (2) (d) :-

The Members of the Expert Group under category 7 (2) (a) and 7(2) (c) have already been notified by the Govt. of Punjab, Department of Revenue, Rehabilitation and Disaster Management and this notification is being issued in continuation of the same.
