NOTIFICATION
The 29th January, 2021
No. S.O. 13/C.A.39/1987/S.6/Amd./2021.- In partial modification of
the Government of Punjab, Department of Legal and Legislative Affairs,
Notification No. S.O.43/C.A.39/1987/S.6/2019, dated the 25th April, 2019, and
in pursuance of the provisions of clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 6 of
the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act No. 39 of 1987), and all
other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab in consultation
with the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, is pleased to
nominate Sh. Munish Singal, District and Sessions Judge, Moga, as a nominated
member of the Punjab State Legal Services Authority, in place of Sh. Vivek
Puri, the then District and Sessions Judge, S.A.S. Nagar, consequent upon his
elevation as Hon'ble Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Government of Punjab, Punjab State Legal Services Authority, Notification
No. S.O.73/C.A.39/1987/S.11-A/2019, dated the 24th June, 2019, and in
exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section
11-A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act No. 39 of 1987),
read with sub-rule (2) of rule 16 of the Punjab State Legal Services Authorities
Rules, 1996, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of
Punjab, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and

Government of Punjab, Department of Legal and Legislative Affairs,
Notification No. S.O.47/C.A.39/1987/S.6/2020, dated the 22nd October,
2020, and in pursuance of the provisions of clause (b) of sub-section (2) of
section 6 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act No. 39 of
1987) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab
in due consultation with the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High
Court, is pleased to nominate the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Tewari, as

NOTIFICATION
The 28th January, 2021
No. G.S.R. 12/P.A.23/1961/S.43/Amd.(24)/2021.- In exercise of the
powers conferred by section 43 of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets
Act, 1961 (Punjab Act No. 23 of 1961), and all other powers enabling him in
this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules,
further to amend the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-B)
Service Rules, 1988, namely:-
RULES
1. (1) These rules may be called the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing
Board (Group-B) Amendment Service Rules, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their
publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Group-B) Service
Rules, 1988, in Appendix 'B', against serial No. 5, under column 5, for the
words "ten years'' and "five years", the words "seven years'' and "four
years'' shall, respectively, be substituted.
