NOTIFICATION
The 3rd January, 2021
No. 11/5/2017-1SS(6SS)423.-In continuation of the Punjab Government Notification No. 11/5/2017- 1SS(6SS) dated 09/01/2021, vide which the Scheme "The Punjab Divyangjan Shaktikaran Yojna" has been framed, the Governor of Punjab, is pleased to constitute the following Committees under para 7.0 and para 10.0 of this scheme as under:
Planning and Monitoring Committee (PMC)
i) Principal Secretary, Social Security and Women and Child Development. Chairperson
ii) Administrative Secretary, Finance or their representative not below the Member
rank of Special Secretary.
iii) Administrative Secretary, Planning or their representative not below the Member
rank of Special Secretary.
iv) Administrative Secretary, Social Justice Empowerment & Minorities or Member
their representative not below the rank of Special Secretary.
v) Administrative Chief Secretary, Labour or their representative not below Member
the rank of Special Secretary.
vi) Financial Commissioner, Rural Development and Panchayats or their Member

a) Review and assess the progress of the PDSY and give its recommendations for further improvement;
b) Recommend amendments/ updation of the scheme to improve its coverage with the effective participation of community; and
c) Review and monitor the progress of the scheme at regular periodic intervals.
