The 19th February, 2021

No.1/26/2020-1PS/36.- In supersession of notification no.1/26/2020-1PS/13, dated 29.01.2021, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify the following new pay scales as per 7th Central Pay Commission for all prospective recruitments/appointments-Direct recruitments/compassionate appointments in the following cadres of the Department of Printing and Stationery with effect from the date of notification:-

2. The grant of the aforesaid pay scales are subject to the following conditions namely:-

i) The instructions issued by the Department of Finance vide letter No. 7/204/2015-4F.P.1/60 Dated 15.01.2015 and letter No. 7/204/2015-4F.P1/853793 Dated 04.10.2016 shall be applicable.

ii) Except the aforesaid Basic Pay as indicated above, the decision regarding grant of other allowances shall be taken later on.

iii) After receipt of the report of the 6th Punjab Pay Commission, no further revision shall be affected in these pay scales for the newly recruited persons to the aforementioned categories of posts.

3. This issues as per instructions of the Department of Finance vide ID letter no. 7/42/2020-5F.P.1/741-746 Dated 17.07.2020, ID letter no. 7/87/2020-5F.P.1/1145 dated 29.10.2020 and advice received from the Department of Finance vide ID letter no. 7/86/2020-1F.P.1/107 Dated 27.01.2021, ID letter no. 7/16/2021-1F.P.1/108 Dated 27.01.2021 and ID letter no.7/86/2020-1F.P.1/197 Dated: 05.02.2021.
