ਨੰ: FCS-ET-1101/40/2020-E&T1/1221.-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਜਸਵਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ, ਸਟੇਟ ਟੈਕਸ ਅਫਸਰ ƒ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ 58 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਮਿਤੀ 31-01-2021 ƒ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਤੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਵਿਰਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
2. ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ/ਕੋਰਟ ਕੇਸ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਾਲ-ਧਨ ਆਦਿ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ ਜਿਲਦ-2 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 2.2 ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
