No.15/6/2016-IW(2)/174.-It supersession of Punjab Government Notification No. 15/6/2016-IW(2)/19/1, dated 8.1.2021 it is hereby notified under Rule 63 of Rules framed under the Northern India Canal and Drainage Act, 1873 (Act VIII of 1873) having due regard to weather and the status of crops, the date of closure for works of relining of Sirhind Feeder is extended from 21.02.2021 to 25.02.2021 (5 days). Therefore, Sirhind Feeder will remain partially closed from RD 258755 to 447927 from 17.01.2021 to 25.02.2021 (both days inclusive) for 40 days for relining of Sirhind Feeder.

ਨੰ: 15/6/2016-ਸਿੰਕਾ(2)/174.-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੰ: 15/6/2016-ਸਿੰਕਾ(2)/18/1, ਮਿਤੀ 8.1.2021 ਦੀ ਅਧਿਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਨਾਰਦਰਨ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਕੈਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਡਰੇਨੇਜ ਐਕਟ, 1873 (ਐਕਟ 8 ਆਫ 1873) ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੂਲ 63 ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਇਹ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੌਸਮ ਅਤੇ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਸਰਹੰਦ ਫੀਡਰ ਦੀ ਰੀਲਾਈਨਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੰਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ 21.02.2021 ਤੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 25.02.2021 ਤੱਕ 5 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਧਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ ਮਿਤੀ 17.01.2021 ਤੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 25.02.2021 (ਦੋਵੇਂ ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ) 40 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਰਹੰਦ ਫੀਡਰ ਦੀ ਬੁਰਜੀ 258755 ਤੋਂ 447927 ਦੀ ਪਾਰਸੀਅਲ ਬੰਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
