The 10th March 2021
No. 15/6/2016-IW(2)/200.– It is hereby notified under Rule 63 of Rules framed under the Northern India Canal and Drainage Act, 1873 (Act VIII of 1873) that weather permitting and having due regards to the status of crops, Mukerian Hydel Channel Stage-1 will remain closed from 17.3.2021 to 30.4.2021 (both days inclusive) for 45 days for the urgent repair work of Mukerian Hydel Channel.

ਨੰ: 15/6/2016-ਸਿੰਕਾ(2)/200.-ਨਾਰਦਰਨ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਕੈਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਡਰੇਨੇਜ ਐਕਟ, 1873 (ਐਕਟ 8 ਆਫ 1873) ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੂਲ 63 ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਇਹ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੌਸਮ ਅਤੇ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ, ਮੁਕੇਰੀਆਂ ਹਾਈਡਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਸਟੇਜ-1 ਦੀ ਜਰੂਰੀ ਰਿਪੇਅਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮਿਤੀ 17.3.2021 ਤੋਂ 30.4.2021 ਤੱਕ (ਦੋਵੇਂ ਦਿਨ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ) 45 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੁਕੇਰੀਆਂ ਹਾਈਡਲ ਚੈਨਲ ਸਟੇਜ-1 ਦੀ ਪੂਰਨ ਬੰਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
