NOTIFICATION
The 16th March, 2021
No. S.O. 30/C.A.21/2019/S.8/2021.- In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Banning of Unregulated
Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (Central Act No. 21 of 2019), and all other powers
enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab, with the concurrence of
the Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, is pleased to
constitute the courts of District and Sessions Judge and Second Additional
District and Sessions Judge, in each district in the State of Punjab, to be the
Designated Courts, to try offences under the aforesaid Act, within their
