NOTIFICATION
The 26th March, 2021
No.3/32/2020-1LG3/692.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 38 of the Punjab Municipal Act, 1911 and all others powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to amend the Punjab Municipal Services (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1975, namely:

Rules
1. These rules may be called the Punjab Municipal Services (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) First Amendment Rules, 2021.
2. In the " Punjab Municipal Services (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1975 " (herein after referred to as per said rules), as amended from time to time at Serial number 24 of Appendix 'A' the name of the post of Punjab Municipal Service of Chief Sanitary Inspector shall be amended as follows:-
" Punjab Municipal Service of Superintendent (Sanitation) in the pay scale of 10300-34800+4200 Grade Pay."
3. In the "Punjab Municipal Services (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1975" (here in after referred to as per said rules), as amended from time to time at Serial number 24 of Appendix 'B & C the name of the post of Chief Sanitary Inspector shall be amended as following :-
" Superintendent (Sanitation) "
