NOTIFICATION

The 5th April, 2021

No. S.O. 33/P.A.8/2002/S.25-A/2021.-In exercise of the powers

conferred by section 25-A of the Punjab Infrastructure (Development and

Regulation) Act, 2002 (Punjab Act No. 8 of 2002), and all other powers enabling

him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to direct that a Special

Infrastructure Development fee shall be levied, on and with effect from the

date of publication of this notification, at the rate of,-

(i) rupees 0.25 per litre on the sale of petrol within the State of Punjab;

(ii) rupees 0.25 per litre on the sale of diesel within the State of Punjab;
