ਮਿਤੀ 27 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ, 2021
ਨੰ: 1-ਭ.ਕ.ਸ.2021-22/38.-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਿਤੀ 10 ਮਾਰਚ, 2021 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੈਠਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ, ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਲ 2021-22 ਲਈ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ, ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਬੀਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਛੜੀਆਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਦੀ ਪੈਰਵੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 27 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ, 2021 ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਕਤ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਲਈ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ :-

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 207 ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 184 (1) ਅਧੀਨ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨੱਥੂ ਰਾਮ, ਐਮ. ਐਲ. ਏ. ਨੂੰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਭਾਪਤੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
