No.26/05/13-2Labour/614.-The result of Departmental examination of Labour Enforcement Officer Grade-I and Labour Inspector, Grade-I of Department of Labour, Punjab held on 28th November, 2018 to 30th November, 2018 was notified vide No.26/05/13-2Labour/1603918, dated 29.10.2019 and Sh. Navdeep Singh, Labour Enforcement Officer Grade-I was declared as "Fail". After considering the representation dated 25.11.2019 of Sh. Navdeep Singh, LEO Grade-I, on the basis of marks obtained after re-checking of his papers, in pursuance of clause 5(iv) of Appendix-'B' and 'C' under Rule-11 of the Punjab Labour Department (State Service Class III) Rules, 1969, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify as under:-
