ਨੰ: 09/14/2017-3ਸਸ3/1065.-ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ, ਬਾਬਾ ਬਕਾਲਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ (ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਸਡਿਊਲ ਆਫ ਬਾਊਡਰੀਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ) ਵਿੱਚ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਘਣਾਪਣ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਰੈਵੀਨਿਊ, ਗੈਰ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਜਗਾਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤਤਾ, ਆਰਥਿਕ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਆਦਿ ਫੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦਾ ਯੋਜਨਾਬੱਧ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮਿਊਂਸਪਲ ਐਕਟ, 1911 ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 4(1) ਅਧੀਨ ਨਗਰ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਜਵੀਜ ਹੈ।
2. ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਹੋਣ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮਿਊਂਸਪਲ ਭਵਨ, ਸੈਕਟਰ-35 ਏ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ([email protected]) ਜਾਂ ਰਿਜਨਲ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ, ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਜਾਂ ਕਾਰਜ ਸਾਧਕ ਅਫਸਰ, ਨਗਰ ਕੌੌਂਸਲ, ਰਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇ ਛਪਣ ਤੋਂ 30 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ-ਅੰਦਰ ਭੇਜ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਜਾਂ ਸੁਝਾਅ ਨਾ ਆਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਸਮਝ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਲੇਰੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

NORTH: Starting from point 'A' which is the common meeting point of Khasra no's 7//14, 15,16,17, moving towards east along the outer revenue boundary of village Jalapur Sathiala, then crossing drain, then moving along the outer revenue boundary of village Jalapur Sathiala, then moving along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala, crossing Batala G.T. road, then moving along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala, crossing Chapianwali distributary, then moving along the PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA), MAY 31, 2021 (JYST 10, 1943 SAKA) 2576 outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala upto point 'B" which a common meeting point Sihada of village Baba Bakala, Thathian and lakhuwal. EAST: Then starting from point 'B' moving towards South along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala, crossing Bal saria road, then moving along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala upto point 'C', which is common meeting point of khasra no's 55//15, 55//16, 54//11, 54//20.
SOUTH: Then starting from point 'C' moving towards west along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala crossing village Dolonagal road, then moving along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala, crossing Chapianwali distributory, then moving along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala, crossing Batala G.T. road, then moving along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala, then moving towards south along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala, then moving towards west along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala, then moving towards north along the outer revenue boundary of village Baba Bakala, then moving south along the outer revenue boundary of village Paddiana, then moving towards west along the common boundary of Nagar Panchayat Rayya and Baba Bakala, crossing village Paddiana road, then moving towards north along the common boundary of Nagar Panchayat Rayya and Baba Bakala, crossing drain Rayya Scape then moving along the North-East Boundary of Nagar Panchayat Rayya, then reaching at point 'D' which is meeting point of khasra no's 73//4, 5, 6, 7.
WEST: Then starting from point 'D' moving towards North East along the left side of downstream of UBDC, then crossing village Dhianpur link road, then moving again along the left side of UBDC, then crossing Wadala kalan road, then moving again along the left side of downstream of UBDC, upto point 'A' which is starting point 'A'.
3. ਇਸ ਦਾ ਤਜਵੀਜਤ ਨਕਸ਼ਾ ਕਾਰਜ ਸਾਧਕ ਅਫਸਰ, ਨਗਰ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ, ਰਈਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
4. ਇਸ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
