No. 09/08 /2018-3LG3/1132.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub Section (2) of Section 4 of the Punjab Municipal Act, 1911, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to declare and classify Municipal Council, Banur as Class-II Municipal Council with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette.
