No.PWD-BR307/2/2021-1BR3 I/208227/2021(1).-For the purpose of acquisition of land for the Public Purpose namely construction of Nangal-Talwara New BG Rail Link project notification bearing No.7/24/2017-1BR3/74/1-4, Dated 27.04.2020 and Notification bearing No. File No.PWD-BR307/2/2021-1BR3/ I/133756/2021 Dated 21.01.2021 were issued under Section 11 and Section 19 respectively of the The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013.
Below mentioned Khasra numbers got left from being included in the said notifications:-

Therefore, hereby, these Khasra numbers are notified as part of notifications issued under Section 11 bearing No.7/24/2017-1BR3/74/1-4, Dated 27.04.2020 and Notification under Section 19 bearing No. File No.PWD-BR307/2/2021-1BR3/I/133756/2021 Dated 21.01.2021, and shall be subject to due procedure specified in the RFCTLARR Act 2013, and as has been applied on the other khasra numbers notified vide above mentioned previously issued notification.
