ਨੰ: 7/21/2018-1ਕੈਬ/4729.-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਜੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਮੁਲਾਜਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ƒ ਵਿਚਾਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ƒ ਸੌਂਪਣ ਲਈ ਹੇਠ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਆਫ ਮਨਿਸਟਰਜ਼ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ:-
1. ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
2. ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
3. ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਨਿਆਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
4. ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
5. ਸਿਹਤ ਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭਲਾਈ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
2 (i) ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ, ਵਿੱਤ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਨਿਮਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੀ ਗਠਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ:-
1. ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ, ਸਿਹਤ ਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ।
2. ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ, ਪ੍ਰਸੋਨਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ।
(ii) ਇਹ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ƒ ਸੁਣਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਆਫ ਮਨਿਸਟਰਜ਼ ƒ ਸੌਂਪੇਗੀ। 3. ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ′ਤੇ ਗੌਰ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਆਫ ਮਨਿਸਟਰਜ਼ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ƒ ਸੌਂਪੇਗਾ। ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਆਫ ਮਨਿਸਟਰਜ਼ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਜੱਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ƒ ਵੀ ਸੱਦਾ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸੁਣੇਗਾ।
4. ਇਸ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਆਫ ਮਨਿਸਟਰਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ƒ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਇਮਦਾਦ ਪ੍ਰਸੋਨਲ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
5. ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
