No.12/17/2021-1LG3 (P.F.)/1360A.-In Continuation of the Government of Punjab, Department of Local Government, Notification No. 12/17/2021-1LG3(P.F.)/1040-1043, dated 27th May, 2021 the Para no. 14 of said notification may be read as under:-
All the resolutions of all Class I Municipal Councils and all Improvement Trusts except trusts in the Corporation towns in the District shall be routed through Additional Deputy Commissioner (Urban Development) to Director Local Government.
