No.3/6/2013-3PB2/1286.- By virtue of the powers vested in me by of Section 22(1) of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 (Central Act 10 of 1994), I, V.P. Singh Badnore, Governor of Punjab, hereby appoint Smt. Nirmaljit Kaur, former Judge of the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana, as Member of the Punjab State Human Rights Commission under the aforesaid Act with effect from the date she assumes charge of her office.
