ਨੰ: 09/14/2017-3ਸਸ3/1504.-ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ, ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ: 6802 ਮਿਤੀ 28.5.2021 ਰਾਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ, ਬਾਬਾ ਬਕਾਲਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ (ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਸ਼ਡਿਊਲ ਆਫ ਬਾਊਡਰੀਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ) ਵਿੱਚ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਘਣਾਪਣ ਪ੍ਰôਾਸਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਰੈਵੀਨਿਊ, ਗੈਰ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਜਗਾਰ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤਤਾ, ਆਰਥਿਕ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਆਦਿ ਫੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦਾ ਯੋਜਨਾਂਬੱਧ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮਿਊਂਸਪਲ ਐਕਟ, 1911 ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 4(1) ਅਧੀਨ ਨਗਰ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾਂ ਨੰ:9/14/2017-3ਸਸ3/1065 ਮਿਤੀ 31.5.2021 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੁੱਢਲਾ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 30 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਮੰਗੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
2. ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਕਾਰਜ ਸਾਧਕ ਅਫਸਰ, ਨਗਰ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ, ਰਈਆ ਅਤੇ ਵਧੀਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ (ਯੂ.ਡੀ), ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ:421 ਮਿਤੀ 2.7.2021 ਅਤੇ ਨੰ: ਡਡਸਸ-21/17 ਮਿਤੀ 8.7.2021 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 1.7.2021 ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਇਤਰਾਜ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।
3. ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਕਾਰਜ ਸਾਧਕ ਅਫਸਰ, ਨਗਰ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ, ਰਈਆ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੱਤਰ ਨੰ:464 ਮਿਤੀ 23.7.2021 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਫਾਇਨਲ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਿਫਾਰਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿੰਡ ਬਾਬਾ ਬਕਾਲਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੰੂੰ ਨਗਰ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਦਾ ਦਰਜਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਨਕਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਡਿਉਂਲ ਆਫ ਬਾਊਂਡਰੀ ਦਾ ਮਿਲਾਨ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਐਸ.ਟੀ.ਪੀ.(ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ) ਨਾਲ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਨਗਰ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਅਧੀਨ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾ ਦਾ ਰੈਵੀਨਿਊ ਪਲੈਨ/ਅਕਸ਼ ਸ਼ੱਜਰਾ, ਸ਼ਡਿਊਲ ਆਫ ਬਾਊਂਡਰੀ ਆਦਿ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੈਰੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਡਿਊਲ ਆਫ ਬਾਊਂਡਰੀ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਪਾਸਾ A ਤੋਂ H ਤੱਕ, ਪੂਰਬੀ ਪਾਸਾ H ਤੋਂ O ਤੱਕ, ਦੱਖਣੀ ਪਾਸਾ O ਤੋਂ U ਤੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਪਾਸਾ U ਤੋਂ A ਤੱਕ ਦਰਸਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਸ਼ਡਿਊਲ ਆਫ ਬਾਊਡਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਅੰਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

WEST: Then starting from point U which is meeting point of UBDC Canal and Dhianpur Road along with the UBDC Canal towards North crossing the Khasra No. 40//10,2, 35//22,18,14,7,4, 24// 25,20,11,9, 21//3, then crossing the Wadala Kalan Road, crossing the Khasra No. 20//23,17,14,6,5, 9//21,19,12,8,3, 7//24, 7//14,15,16,17 which is the starting point A.
