ਨੰ: 10/06/2021-3ਅਦਾ2/811.-ਸ਼਼੍ਰੀ ਅਮਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਹਲ, ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ, ਪ੍ਰਾਸੀਕਿਊਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਲਿਟੀਗੇਸ਼ਨ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਤੀ 30.04.2021 (ਬਾ.ਦੁ.) ਤੋਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਵਿਰਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
2. ਜੇਕਰ ਉਕਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ/ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨੀ/ਚੌਕਸੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਆਦਿ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਲੰਬਿਤ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ/ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨੀ/ਚੌਕਸੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ/ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਜਿਲਦ-2 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 2.2 ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਵਿਰਤੀ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਅਸਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਵੇਗਾ, ਭਾਵ ਇੰਨਕੁਆਰੀ ਆਦਿ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਨਕੁਆਰੀ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਟਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਉਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬਣਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਜੇਕਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੋਈ ਰਿਕਵਰੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਸਟੇਜ ਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਗਰੈਚੂਏਟੀ/ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
