No.28/01/2012-4L-PF/737.-in exercise of powers conferred by section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act No. 14 of 1947) and all the other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to grant ex-post-facto approval to the appointment of the following District and Sessions Judge/Addl.
