The 17th January, 2023
No. 1-CLB/2022-23/01.–Dr.Balbir Singh, MLA on having been appointed as Cabinet Minister w.e.f. 07.01.2023 has ceased to be the Member of the Committee on Local Bodies for the year 2022-23 from above said date under first proviso to Rule 180(1) of the Rules of Procecdure and Conduct of Business in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha (Punjab Legislative Assembly).
Under Rules 180(3) read with rule 207 of the Rules of Porcedure and Conduct of Business in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha (Punjab Legislative Assembly), the Hon'ble Speaker has nominated Sardar Fauja Singh, as a Member of the Committee on Local Bodies for the remaining period of the year 2022-23

ਨੰ:1-ਸੀ.ਐਲ.ਬੀ./2022-23/01.–ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 180(1) ਅਧੀਨ ਡਾ.ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਦੇ ਮਿਤੀ 07.01.2023 ਨੂੰ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਬਣ ਜਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹੇ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 207 ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 180(3) ਅਧੀਨ, ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਨੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਫੌਜਾ ਸਿੰਘ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਨੂੰ ਸਾਲ 2022-23 ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
