No.13/60/22-6Hg2/676.–The Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify the exhaustive list of NOC's required by the Competent Authority appointed under the Punjab Regional & Town Planning & Development Act, 1995 for the issuance of regulatory approvals for setting up of standalone industry/enterprises in the State of Punjab outside MC limits as under:-
