No. 149 Gaz.II/XXI.C.22.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to confer upon the following member of P.C.S.(JB), the powers of Chief Judicial Magistrate to be exercised within the District mentioned against her name with effect from the date of assuming the charge till her posting as Chief Judicial Magistrate:-
