ਨੰ: 1-ਭ.ਕ.ਸ.2023-24/28.- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਿਤੀ 22 ਮਾਰਚ, 2023 ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੈਠਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ, ਜਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਪੀਕਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਲ 2023-24 ਲਈ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ, ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਕਬੀਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਛੜੀਆਂ ਸ੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਦੀ ਪੈਰਵੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 06 ਜੂਨ, 2023 ਨੂੰ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਕਤ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਲਈ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ :-

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 207 ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 184 (1) ਅਧੀਨ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਸਰਵਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਮਾਣੂਕੇ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਨੂੰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਭਾਪਤੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
