No. IND-INDUOAPPO/5/2020-INDUSTRY/1014.-In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Article 78 and 79 of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Limited, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Sh. Dilip Kumar IAS, Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce, Punjab, as Director under the above said articles on the Board of Directors of Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Chandigarh in place of Sh. Tejveer Singh, IAS.
