NOTIFICATION
The 4th July, 2023
No. 3751.–With an objective to bring transparent and making construction material affordable to the common consumers and to regulate the working of crusher units in the State of Punjab, in exercise of the power conferred by section 15 and section 23-C of the Mines and Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Government of Punjab is pleased to issue standardized Show Cause Notice (Annexure 'A'), Suspension Notice (Annexure 'B') and Termination Notice (Annexure 'C') under "Punjab Crusher Policy 2022".
