No. 3811/4M/E-488704.–In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 43 of Punjab Minor Mineral Rules 2013 all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to direct that the powers of Presiding Officer, as defined in Rule 35 of PMMR 2013, shall be exercised by the respective District Mining Officer.
