NOTIFICATION
The 11th July, 2023
No. G.S.R. 75/Const./Art. 309/Amd.(4)/2023.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Punjab Dental Education (Group-A) Services Rules, 2016, namely:-
RULES
1. (1) These rules may be called the Punjab Dental Education (Group-A) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Punjab Dental Education (Group-A) Service Rules, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), in rule 8, after sub-rule (3), so omitted, the following sub-rule shall be added, namely:-
"(4) In the case of a candidate belonging to the Punjab Civil Dental Services, the maximum age limit for promotion to the post of Assistant Professor shall be forty five years."
3. In the said rules, for Appendix 'A', the following shall be substituted, namely:-

NOTIFICATION
The 12th July, 2023
No. S.O. 54/P.A.4/2010/S.8/2023.-In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Guru Ravidas Ayurved
University, Punjab Act, 2009 (Punjab Act 4 of 2010) and all other powers
enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to transfer the
Government Ayurvedic College, Patiala, the Government Ayurvedic Hospital,
Patiala and the Government Ayurvedic Pharmacy, Patiala to the Guru Ravidas
Ayurved University, Hoshiarpur and from the date of such transfer, the college
or hospital, as the case may be, shall be a university college or hospital.
