ਨੰ: 1-ਸੀ.ਐਲ.ਬੀ./2023-24/45.-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 207 ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 180(3) ਅਧੀਨ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਿਤੀ 14 ਜੁਲਾਈ, 2023 ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਦਿਨੇਸ਼ ਚੱਢਾ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਅਜੀਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੋਹਲੀ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਨੂੰ ਸਾਲ 2023-24 ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵੱਜੋਂ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

No. 1-CLB/2023-24/45.–Hon'ble Speaker, Punjab Legislative Assembely has been pleased to nominate Sardar Ajitpal Singh Kohli, MLA to serve as a Member of the Committee on Local Bodies for the remaining period of the year 2023-24 in place of Shri Dinesh Chadha, MLA, on 14th July, 2023, under Rule 180 (3) read with Rule 207 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha (Punjab Legislative Assembly).
