ਨੰ: 1-ਸੀ.ਪੀ.ਯੂ./2023-24/44.-ਇਸ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਦੀ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਨੰ: 1-ਸੀ.ਪੀ.ਯੂ./2023-24/26, ਮਿਤੀ 07 ਜੂਨ, 2023 ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 207 ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 180(3) ਅਧੀਨ ਮਿਤੀ 14 ਜੁਲਾਈ, 2023 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਵਿਜੈ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਰੁਨਾ ਚੌਧਰੀ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਕ੍ਰਮਵਾਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਗੋਇਲ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਅਤੇ ਸ. ਸੁੱਖਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਹਿਰਾ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਨੂੰ ਸਾਲ 2023-24 ਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

No. 1-CPU-2023-24/44.–In continuation to this Secretariat's Notification No. 1-CPU-2023-24/26, dated the 7th June, 2023, the Hon'ble Speaker has been pleased to nominate Shri Barinder Kumar Goyal, M.L.A. and S. Sukhpal Singh Khaira, M.L.A. in place of Dr. Vijay Singla, M.L.A. and Smt. Aruna Chaudhary, M.L.A. respectively to serve on the Committee on Public Undertakings on the 14th July, 2023 for the remaining period of year 2023-24, under Rule 180(3) read with Rule 207 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha (Punjab Legislative Assembly).
