NOTIFICATION
The 18th July, 2023
No. 13/61/23-6HG2/996.–In pursuance to Clause No. 12.10.1(4) & 12.11.5(2) of Industrial and Business Development Policy 2022 notified by Government of Punjab vide No. PIU/Industrial & Business Development Policy-2022/291 dated 8th February, 2023, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify that all the eligible units to whom eligibility certificates are issued by Competent Authority w.r.t. 12.10.1(4) & 12.11.5(2) in accordance with clause 16.2 of Chapter 16 of Industrial & Business Development Policy, 2022, shall be exempted/reimbursed 100% CLU/EDC charges under Punjab Regional Town Planning and Development Act, 1995, subject to fulfilling other norms namely siting guidelines of Department of Housing and Urban Development, Government of Punjab.
However, the prevailing SIF and other charges shall be applicable.
This notification shall be applicable to only those Projects which are granted Eligibility Certificates under Industrial and Business Development Policy, 2022 and shall not be applicable on already approved projects.
Accordingly, the notification no. 13/64/17-5hg2/1848 dated 16 Nov, 2018 shall stand Superseded.
