No. 10/15/2023-1HG1/1621.–In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 175(4) of The Punjab Regional and Town Planning & Development Act, 1995 and all the other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to appoint Chief Administrator, GMADA, SAS Nagar as appellate authority u/s 45(5) of this Act to hear appeals filed against the orders of Estate Officer, Gateway in Gateway City project of PUDA.
