ਜੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਨੰ. 4/7/2017-4ਪ੍ਰ.ਸੁ1/290, ਮਿਤੀ 18/11/2021 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਧਿਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਰਾਜ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਐਕਟ 2005 ਦੇ ਸੈਕਸ਼ਨ 15(3) ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ, ਮੁੱਖ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ (Selection) ਕਰਨ ਲਈ, ਹੇਠ ਦਰਜ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਪੁਨਰ-ਗਠਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ:-
1. ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ
2. ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ
3. ਡਾ. ਬਲਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸਿਹਤ ਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭਲਾਈ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੈਂਬਰ
ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਕਤ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਿਫਾਰਿਸ਼ ਤੇ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
