NOTIFICATION
The 1st August, 2023
S.O. 58/P.A.17/1887/S.27/2023.- In exercise of the powers conferred
by section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 (Punjab Act XVII of
1887), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab
is pleased to confer the powers of Assistant Collector of the First Grade upon
Tehsildar, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab, under Chapter VI of the
said Act within the jurisdiction of the State of Punjab for the purpose of recovery
under section 40 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016
and the rules made thereunder.
