No. Labour-Lab0MISC/58/2023-2L/614953.-In continuation of the Notification No. Labour-Lab0FAFR/ 5/2020-2L/126, Dated 25.01.2022. The Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify that all the projects related to Compressed Bio Gas (CBG), Bio-Mass, Solar and Waste to Energy are exempted from the purview of the Site Appraisal Committee (SAC under section 41-A of the Factories Act, 1948 and Rule 76-H of the Punjab Factory Rules, 1992.
