No. 381379: HED-EDU10MISC/120/2022-6edu/389.–In exercise of the powers conferred under section 7-A of The Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Act, 1974 as amended in 2007 and under section 4 of The Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Amendment Act, 2021, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to nominate Hon'b1e Mr. Justice Ashok Kumar Verma, former Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court as Chairman of the Educational Tribunal, Punjab.
2. The tenure of Chairman of the Educational Tribunal shall be three years or till attaining the age of sixty- five years, whichever is earlier.
3. The terms and conditions of service of the appointment will be notified separately.
