No. Lab0MOP/1/2022-3L/375391.-In exercise of powers conferred by section 8 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act No. 14 of 1947) and all the other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to grant ex-post-facto approval to the appointment of Sh. Jaswinder Singh-1, Addl. D&SJ as Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal Amritsar from the date he assumed charge i.e 28.04.2022.
