NOTIFICATION
The 17th August, 2023
No. 112 Rule Cell.–Rule 6(c) is inserted after Rule 6(b) in the "Judicial
Courts Premises and Compound Fund Rules, 2013" (applicable to Punjab) in
the following manner:-
"6(c) The lease money received pursuant to these Rules shall be
deposited in the Sheriff Petty Account/Personal Ledger Account
under the Head '8443'."

No. 86 Rules/II.D4.–Rule 5 is inserted after Rule 4 in Chapter-18
Part-D of Rules and Orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Volume-I, in
the following manner:-
"(5) Every entry in ACR should be communicated to every Officer/
Official concerned within a reasonable period enabling officer/official to
represent timely, if required."
