NOTIFICATION
The 4th September, 2023
No. Labour-Lab0MIWA/3/2021-4L/892.–as in accordance with the provision under rule 4(1) of the Punjab Minimum Wages Rules, 1950 the term of non-official member is for a period of two years commencing from the date of his nomination. The Punjab Minimum Wages Advisory Board which was consitutated vide notification No. 21/91/2003-4L/296, dated 13th February, 2020 has completed its term of two years on 12.02.2022.
As per the proviso of rule 4(1) of the Punjab Minimum Wages Rules, 1950 the non-official members nominated vide the aforesaid notification shall continue to hold office until their successor is nominated and the Punjab Minimum Wages Board constituted vide the notification aforesaid will continue to work till further orders.
