NOTIFICATION

The 4th September, 2023

No.S.O. 75/P.A.9/1994/S.209/2023.- Whereas, in exercise of the

powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 209 of the Punjab Panchayati

Raj Act, 1994 (Punjab Act No. 9 of 1994), and all other powers enabling him in

this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to amend the earlier notification

No. S.O.60/P.A.9/1994/S.209/2023, dated the 10th of August, 2023 to the effect

that entry at serial no. (i) shall stand deleted, having been withdrawn and entry

at serial no. (ii) is renumbered as (i).
