NOTIFICATION
The 31st August, 2023
No. S.O. 76/C.A.59/1988/S.68/2023.- In exercise of the powers
conferred by section 68 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of
1988), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab
is pleased to make the following amendment in the Government of Punjab,
Department of Transport, Notification No.S.O.53/C.A.59/1988/S.68/2023, dated
the 5th July, 2023, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said notification, for the given Table, the following Table shall be
substituted, namely:-
