NOTIFICATION
The 24th August, 2023
No.PWC/ADMN/E-9/17802.- It is hereby notified that while exercising the powers conferred under Section-42 of The Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962, Punjab State Warehousing Corporation has amended "The Punjab State Warehousing Corporation Staff (Conditions of Service) Group 'A' and Group 'B' Service Regulations, 2002" by amending the regulation 20 and by adding a new regulation 25 in the aforementioned Regulations which may be read as under:-
20 Conduct Rules:- In respect of the work and conduct during the tenure of his service, a member of the service shall be governed by the provisions as contained in the Employees (Conduct) Rules, 1966 as applicable to the employees of the State Government from time to time.
Provided that if any permission is necessary under the aforesaid rules, the same shall be obtained by
a member of the service from the Managing Director.''
25 Rules Governing Service:- The provision of The Punjab Civil Services Rules Vol-I, Vol-II & Vol-III and The Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994 as applicable to the employees of the State Government as amended from time to time shall mutatis mutandis apply to the conditions of service for recruitment and service in Punjab State Warehousing Corporation.
Provided that if any permission is necessary under the aforementioned Rules, the same shall be obtained by a member of the service from the Managing Director.
Note:-The above amendments in aforementioned Regulations of 2002 will be applicable w.e.f. 30.01.2018, the date when Board of Directors of PSWC has approved the same.

NOTIFICATION

No.PWC/ADMN/E-9/17802.-It is hereby notified that Punjab State Warehousing Corporation has amended the Para-1 of 'PENSION & GRATUITY SCHEME' notified vide notification on 20.03.1996 circulated vide letter No.PWC/Admn/E-9/6959-7124, dated: 15.05.1996. The amended Para-1 may be read as under:
Amendment in Notification
"Pension Scheme for the retired/retiring employees of the Punjab State Warehousing Corporation will be at par with that of State Government employees, along with allied benefits like Gratuity, LTC, Medical Facilities etc. as existing and as may be amended from time to time, with effect from 01.01.1986"
Note:- The above amendment in the "Pension and Gratuity Scheme" will be applicable w.e.f 30.01.2018, the date when the Board of Directors of Punjab State Warehousing Corporation has approved the same.
